The increasingly discredited organisation, AIJAC, has brought Israeli political commentator, Ehud Ya'ari, out to Australia to speak. Ya'ari is claimed to be Senior Commentator on TV Channel 2 on Israel and well-known expert commentator and journalist.
Some expert!!! Ya'ari was a guest on Philip Adams' Late Night Live program on ABC Radio National tonight. Adams put to Ya'ari that Professor Tanya Reinhardt had recently on Adams' program referred to the World Bank's report putting Israel at equal bottom with Italy as the most economically corrupt nation.
Ya'ari said he had never heard of the Report. What? The Report gained extensive coverage around the world. So, this fellow is either a liar or just another "blind" pro-Israel mouthpiece. Expert he certainly isn't!
Ynet news.com at the time reported:
"Israeli economic corruption has increased since the year 2000, making it one of the most fraudulent in the world, local and international reports showed on Wednesday.
A 2005 World Bank report said Israel was one of the most hazardous nations, citing its unstable and inefficient government and its relatively high level of corruption among its leadership, as well a low ranking in law enforcement."
