We have all encountered instructions, letters, manuals and reports using obscure English - and certainly far from clear what is sought to be said or conveyed.
Public servants and lawyers - and perhaps the writers of instructions for computers or software - are probably the worst offenders.
So, what does this gem taken from the Early Years Learning Framework mean?:
"Critical approaches to reflection enable early childhood educators to focus on implications of their decisions for equity and social justice purposes".
Over to you to "interpret" what that all means.....
