As Lex Lasry QC has commented on ABC Radio's PM program tonight, it is near enough to fanciful that the Federal Government maintains that all is in order in relation to the way Hicks has been, and continues to be, dealt with.
It is interesting to note that Australia is the only Western country which has not taken steps to ensure that its citizens are not detained by the USA. So much for the Government's notions of justice!
