The challenges of being unplugged

Like it or not, we are all captives to and of mobile phones, emails and the internet as a whole.

But what happens when these "toys" are missing from our daily lives? How do we cope?

The New York Times tested the proposition. As it says:

"The New York Times asked for volunteers who were willing to give up technology for a period of time and tell us about the experience. Dozens of people responded."
