Doubtlessly the PM's of Canada and India have an eye on their constituency in not attending the CHOGM Conference in Sri Lanka, but they are showing a degree of backbone and decency in not doing so. Not other Commonwealth countries. It's shameful that the leaders of the likes of Great Britain and Australia are not prepared to shown even a small amount of decency in refusing to attend the CHOGM Conference.
